Brochure Design
Brochures are definitely one of our specialties. They are a strong tool for communicating with a large audience, therefore they are a popular medium that we have a lot of experience with.
Many times, whether sent in the mail, handed out at a trade show or offered as a free pick-up, a company's brochure falls in line with a host of others. For this reason, in attractive design can make or break the success of a brochure, no matter how valuable the information inside may be.
In most cases, brochures favor textual information more than images, so it is very important to have that information organized effectively in a very reader-friendly format.
A very information-heavy brochure we designed for the New Jersey Association of Realtors.
Graphics should be used where necessary to usher the audience's eyes around the page and make sure the text is read in the proper order (those folds can get confusing sometimes :-)
The type should have a clear hierarchy so the more important information and section heads are apparent.
If images are used, they must be strategically placed in order to be easily identified with the point that they were included to support.
Lastly, as always, the design should reflect and reinforce the message for which the brochure was created.
